Hearthstone of the Death Squad was a spinoff from The Molle Mystery Theater. It featured homicide cases investigated by Inspector Hearthstone. Starring Alfred Shirley, the series was produced by Frank and Anne Hummert. Tonight's show, "The Terrifying Letter Murder Case" is from January 10th, 1952. Then we shall hear an episode of The Adventures of Father Brown, which was broadcast on Sundays over Mutual from June 10, to July 29, 1945 and starred Karl Swenson. Tonight we will listen to the episode "The Three Tools of Death" from July 22, 1945.
