Hi Gang,

It looks like it's time for another What Once Was Radio. Join me April 24th for a little comedy and lots of music as we give you a triple play. We will start off with the Glenn Miller Chesterfield show followed by Spike Jones and the City Slickers and wind things up with a program called Guest Star. Guest Star was a public service program put out by the United States Savings Bond Division and broadcast on radio stations through out the country at different times. Our announcer will tell you the guest star for this show at the time of our broadcast. By the way, make sure that when you come in to the room you say happy birthday to our birthday man, Bob Acosta.
