For something a little different, Joy Jackson will share a couple of episodes from a program she recently got trapped in, from those folks at the BBC. It’s The Last Resort. We’ll take you to Africa and Zimbabwe, the place once called Rhodesia. She’ll follow that up with a couple of ART recreations of Vic and Sade.

This time on Rotten Ricky At The Radio it’s a sister act. Actually it’s a double Singleton. Penny Singleton leads off our presentation as Blondie, a character she virtually owned in movies, television and, of course, radio. After visiting the Bumsteads, an early example of what today we would call a semi-disfunctional family, we turn to sister Doris whose career was mainly in movies, but there was a smattering of radio roles. We’ll hear her in one of our favorite police shows, Broadway Is My Beat. So what di you say we get together for some silly fun and then some good drama? You know we’d miss you if you’re not there.
